Artists choosing to submit their work in its final form must do so using reusable packaging which should be easy to open and close, and must be sturdy enough to ensure the safe return of the piece to its owner. Improperly-packaged works will not be admitted. All packages must be clearly labelled with a description of their contents. The competition organisers will label the back of all works using removable stickers. Entrants who prefer to avoid any direct contact between the stickers and their work should fix a protective transparent film to the piece before submitting it.

All expenses related to the delivery and return of works, along with any associated  insurance costs, shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. However, the delivery costs of the works chosen for the exhibition will be paid for by the competition organisers - both to and from the address indicated on the winning artist’s entry form.

All works or dossiers that are not selected by the competition organisers must be retrieved from the competition delivery address by the artist, or by an authorised third party, within a period of 90 days following the ruling of the jury. Prior notification of collection is required using the following e-mail address:  Esta dirección de correo electrónico está protegida contra spambots. Usted necesita tener Javascript activado para poder verla. .  In order for an entry to be released, its corresponding receipt of deposit must be presented and, in the case of collection by a designated third party, a letter of authorisation from the artist will be required.

The competition organisers will not be held responsible for any works or dossiers which are not collected within the stipulated time period. Furthermore, the organisers will not be liable for any damages to entries during transport (delivery or collection), or  whilst under the organisers’ care in Córdoba.  Entrants are free to take out insurance covering any such eventualities, at their own expense.

5. List of participants and rectification of formal errors.

On 20 October 2013, upon expiry of the official entry period, a list of participating artists will be posted on this website. Any inconsistencies in entries or missing documents that are required according to the competition rules, will also be listed and must be dealt with by the relevant participants within a period of ten working days.  Failure to do so within the allocated period will disqualify the entrant from taking part in the competition.

A duly completed and signed entry form, which can be printed from this website.

A photocopy of the entrant’s identity card or passport.
